Greetings, it is I, Aca’u, who speaks to you now.

This is an unsettling time. Unpredictability rules now. You see this in the weather patterns, and also in government leadership. It is reflected in your personal life as well. Do you feel a bit out of sorts? Or perhaps, unable to find common ground with others? It can seem as if everyone is going in their own direction and no matter how hard you try to bring commonality, there is a strong streak of independence. It is as though people are immersed in their own personal affairs to the disregard of others. Internally, you may feel a bit ‘off your game’. Unsettled. Things may not be progressing as you thought or hoped they would.

Stop and take a deep breath. This, too, shall pass. I want you to turn inward for a moment and recognize all the good that is going on in your life. Right now, think of three things that are working for you; three areas that are stable or satisfactory. Three things to be grateful for.

In this time of unpredictability and uncertainty, it’s often easy to become engulfed by chaos or trauma, or worry about what’s around the corner. You can lose sight of the good that is around you. You need to return to the balance. Always seek the balance because that’s where your stability is found. And once you can anchor to that stability and balance, you can find your way. You can progress forward successfully through challenging times.

So, good things are happening, too, all around you and within. Focus on that for an entire day. Pick your day, write yourself reminder notes and stick them all around you and for that whole day, focus on the good. Whenever doubt or fear or discouragement enters, brush it off like a hot ash and tell yourself, “Not today. Today I see my strength. Today I see the beauty in the world. Today I trust it will all go well”. Now you’ve got it! You’ve created a strong, stable base from which to move forward well.

What’s in store over this equinox period? Expect continued unpredictability, people pushing their own agenda with an unwillingness to compromise, and weather changes. Yet, you can find inner stability, and develop resilience and trust. It is all created by your thoughts, which drive your behaviors and create that space. You’re more in control of your space than you realize. Begin with the recognition of what’s working in your life and within yourself. From that strong base, trust that you have all you need to see yourself through whatever challenge you face.

You’re not alone. You have Divine Assistance each step of the way. That holds true for you as an individual, for your country and for the world. Call on us! Many of you do and know that we respond. Karmic patterns must unfold. The changes required to evolve towards the Light Body must take place. Divine energy can bring comfort, direction, and strength. We can help to ease the process.

If you are ever going to develop a consistent meditation practice, now is the time. Meditation is the most important thing you can do to develop a sense of well being and positive growth. It can assist you in more ways than you realize. Spending time alone in that quiet space aligns you with your own inner guidance system. That will feed you all that you need throughout the day. Allow your wise reality self to be a conscious part of your life.

This is a time where the veil continues to be lifted. Deceit cannot function in these new energies. The truth will be unveiled. You’ve already seen this as the Aquarian Age energies unfold. It will continue more strongly. This is because, in the age of peace and brotherhood, there must be trust. People slowly begin to realize that the truth always comes out so it’s better to be honest to begin with. And from that honesty, trust begins to form. This is where you are heading as a civilization. Honesty, trust and mutual respect. You’ll get there!

Pockets of hatred are being exposed in order to be cleansed. Pockets of humanitarianism, love and compassion are also being exposed in order to be built upon. It’s all around you. Build on that. Bring kindness and compassion wherever you can. It adds to the universal bank and this will spill over to encourage others to act with kindness and compassion.

This is a time of great creativity, innovation and awakening. The dreams you’ve had for the new business, new house, new book, new activities can be made manifest in these energies. This is an exciting time of universal support to achieve your goals. Recognize this and move towards them through your thoughts and actions. In other words, take the next step with confidence.

You have access to more insight than ever before. As the veil lifts in your world, it also lifts between our worlds. You are more psychic, intuitive, and perceptive than ever. Your ability to communicate with angels, guides and your own higher self increases with each solstice and equinox. It’s as simple as starting your day with, “Good morning, friends! Thank you for being with me throughout my day.” Know that the protection and guidance you need are there.

There is such beauty unfolding. More and more Light workers are being born into the world each day. These are wise souls who need your guidance to do their part in bringing forward the world. They will stand on your shoulders – you are developing the structures within which they unfold. A strong connection with the Divine, resilience, determination for good, trust and kindness… let these be the legacy you leave to them. Not only will you build this into the fabric of your society, but also you will strengthen these thought forms in the atmosphere for all to tap into. You matter. Know this.

And know that you are very much loved.

In preparation for the meditation, please compose a question for your Higher Self, something you need to know in your life. Your Higher Self will provide you with the response you need. In addition, prepare an intention to be called forth from the universe, something you want to manifest in your life. You will also be given an opportunity to set an intention for the planet.

The Fall Equinox begins on September 22, 2016 at 10:21 am EDT

Greetings, it is I, Aca’u who speaks to you now. I come to you today to bring you comfort. There is a world-weariness in the land now, tired of the anger, tired of the rhetoric, the political back and forth of he-said, she-said. This is standard protocol for any election, it goes back before the time of the Greeks when democracy began. Patience is called for, even though the race heats up. Know that it is short-lived and will be over by the first snowfalls. And then you will be asked to put your differences aside and work as a united nation towards your joint goals of progress and the pursuit of happiness, whatever that means to you.

Did you know that your founding fathers were lit with Divine Light in the process of developing the Bill of Rights? And that much of the Pledge of Allegiance was channeled from Divine Source? That all people are created equal, not one race or culture better than another, or deserving of more rights and opportunities than another. You have a country that was founded on the principles of peace, equity and freedom for all. These principles are in line with Divine Will.

Elections are historically contentious. Yet in this season, criticism of the opponent has become extreme. Please don’t allow this to poison you. The caustic thought-forms being created now are multiplying by mass consciousness, as speaking ‘the way it is’ has gained in popularity. I ask you, is this the way it is? Is this your truth? I suggest you rise above the malicious talk. This type of rhetoric inflames the most base part of an individual, fanning ideas and actions that stem from fear and hatred. It is as if a dying beast has been revived. You have the choice to either feed and strengthen it or turn away so that it’s power diminishes and fades away. What kind of world do you want to live it? Vote. You create your future.

Peace will come. This is the world you are entering. The Great Age of Peace, Sisterhood and Brotherhood that has been spoken of for millennium is unfolding. You incarnated into this point in time for a reason. It is a privilege to be on earth now. Does that seem difficult to believe? The old order is fading and birth of the new comes with struggle. You have trained for this for decades. This is your purpose, your calling, your very reason for existence… to evolve to the highest degree to which you are capable within a time of great change. Do not capitulate now. Know who you really are, a Divine Being, and live as though you know who you really are. Act on the peace and loving-kindness that flows through your very core. It is the stuff you are made of.

As hatreds and violence come to the surface, you must defend and protect yourselves. Take time to give it thought and decide the best way to do so. Ill thought-out reactions backfire. Understand that the negatives are coming to the surface to be identified and purged. Hatred will not win, nor will fear. Use your Divine Intelligence well and know that you are not alone in designing your solutions. Divine assistance is there. I ask you to extend your hand to us and we on the inner place will support you and guide you each step of the way. You needn’t do this alone. We all strive for a more evolved universe. We are all moving in to the Aquarian Age of Peace.

There is nothing here you can’t handle, either globally or in your personal life. Nothing. You have all of the skills and strength you need to successfully steer your way through the current waters. Trust yourself. Believe in yourself. Believe in your country and in your world. Evil will not triumph. Fear can only diminish you if you allow it to.

Tap into the courage and wisdom of the Creator who lives and beats in your heart. Be still for a moment and feel your heartbeat. And as you do, feel the Divine Love of your Maker course through you. As the Light and Love pushes through to each cell of your body, know you are protected and guided and supported in all you do.

This isn’t an easy time, we on the inner plane know this. You and the world as a whole are going through great growing pains. You are evolving and so is the universe. Yet, what beauty there is! Beauty in you and in the world. Take time to capture it in your hearts and minds; it will see you through. For there is more beauty than there is barren, more peace than war, more love than hate. And you, my friends, are instruments of the Divine on earth. Cherish your part in bringing about a new dawn.

Greetings, it is I, Aca’u who speaks to you know.

Fear rumbles across the world as terror is spread. You have your choice to join in with the fear and anger, or to stand in peace, knowing that love is the strongest force in all the universes. Love is always the more powerful.

This is a great time of change. You have known this for years. You are in the process of the three great evolutionary cycles: the Round Change, the Age Change and the Earth Change. These create unprecedented evolutionary growth. You cannot move forward and create a world of peace, brotherhood and sisterhood, as is promised by the Age of Aquarius, when the opposite is festering within individuals and groups. The poisons must surface. This is a time of cleansing. You cannot cleanse what you are not aware of. It is true of individuals, of countries and with universal forces. Layer by layer that which must be purged is brought to the light of day. Hatred, prejudice, self-righteousness… these cannot function in the Age of Peace. And thus, pockets explode and victims suffer the consequences.

You decide how you are going to respond. Do you magnify the prejudice and hatred? Or do you stand strong as the bringer of peace and calm? It is important to protect yourselves, your country and your global community. Yet, it can be done without creating another war, without magnifying the destruction and hatred.

Those who choose to destroy others will be rooted out. This is occurring and shall continue. Bless your world leaders in their efforts to quell the destroyers. Your thoughts can assist in the efforts. See it as victorious. Know that the world is moving towards a place of peace. Yes, appearances may have you think otherwise, but peace is in your future.

The upcoming United States presidential election is creating storm clouds throughout the world. Such divisiveness has not occurred in many years. Understand something, the candidates you have are of your own choosing. Sometimes those of us on this side hear things like, “Well, it’s meant to be” as it relates to any number of situations on earth. Yes, it is meant to be because you on earth have created it. And it shall continue to be ‘as it is meant to be’ because of the Law of Cause and Effect: what you send out returns to you. The candidates have been selected by popular vote and the next president will be the one you as a country elect. Divine assistance can guide you, support you and strengthen you, but you are the creators of what occurs on earth. We can’t do it for you.

Each day, bless the election. Bless the candidates and the voters. Bless the world leaders. Time and again I remind you, the Light always works. You can make a difference by blessing the situation. Keep that in mind the next time you hear the candidate you are not voting for! J

In your personal lives, this is a time of powerful manifestation. Your dreams can become a reality in 2016 and 2017. This is a time of transition, growth, and change. What is it you want in your life now? Create your plan, ask for Divine Assistance and then, act on it. Believe it can be. Accept that it will be yours. You will be shown the way if you will precede plan fully and with trust.

The victims in Orlando were each greeted by a Divine Companion when they made transition. Not one crossed over alone. They were bathed in peace, and in love. The energy of calm acceptance, along with the realization that they were truly home permeated the atmosphere when they arrived and continues now. Each has been counseled and each has or will attend their memorial. Then, they will enter the rest state to attune to the Light Body. Please continue to send Love and Light to the families and to the country as a whole.

Do not let fear and anger take hold in your life now. This is a time of great change and you are moving towards peace. You are the ones who are bridging the old into the new. I ask you to support each other in your efforts to remain bringers of peace. You are Light Workers here with a purpose. We stand by you each step of the way. Call on us and you will feel our presence.

Let courage and trust be your foundation as you move forward.

In your personal lives, this is also a time of great change. Because there is so much outward and inward upheaval, please take time to nourish yourself. It’s important that you take measures to return to a state of balance and wholeness within yourself. You will be tossed about on the sea of change. You will be pulled here and there by others going through crisis and in need. And, you can weather these storms well if you remember to take time for yourself and take time to connect with the Divine. Let Divine Light be the fuel that feeds you. Just like gasoline in a car, fill yourself up daily.

You can do this well. We have great faith in you and in our partnership with you. We are invested in the evolution on earth and will assist in any way that we can.

You are wonderful! You are powerful! You are Divine Beings who are loved and respected. The Creator believes in you and we do, too. Believe in yourself and trust yourself. You can create heaven on earth.
